JS PRO Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator Assistant to support our project team on custom coastal homes and high-end renovation projects. This role requires someone with interior design experience or formal design education, able to assist clients with selections and create interior and exterior elevations. Alongside design support, this position provides vital administrative and project coordination assistance to keep projects running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients in selecting finishes, fixtures, and design details for custom homes
• Create interior room elevations and exterior elevations (entry-level or student-level skills welcome)
• Enter meeting notes, purchase orders, change orders, and updates into JobTread
• Maintain organized job files and support project documentation
• Process shipments, returns, and material orders
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Support Project Coordinator with daily tasks, project checklists, and scheduling needs
• Help ensure selections, orders, and design details remain aligned with project budgets and timelines
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the design and build process

What We're Looking For

• Interior design education or hands-on design experience (required)
• Ability to create basic room and exterior elevations
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Comfortable using project management or design software (JobTread experience a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-driven and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn, support, and grow within a collaborative custom homebuilding team

Compensation

• $25-$35 per hour, based on experience and skill level
• Full-time, on-site role on Long Beach Island
